EXHIBITOR SPACE INFORMATION

 

 

The fee for a booth located in the Coliseum is $200.00.

 

The fee for a booth located in the “Woman’s” building, dance slab or outside area is $100.00.  Rates are subject to change without notice.

                                                                                                          

Each exhibitor will be issued (2) passes for per booth space.  Additional passes can be purchased.

 

Exhibit booth set up is 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on October 20th. All booths must be set up by 4: p.m.  The booth must remain on site until 10:00 p.m. on October 21st.  Breakdown of exhibits can start immediately after 10:00 p.m. on the 21st.  Each exhibit space is 10’ x 10’ and includes 1 table & 2 chairs.  If electricity is needed, please note this information on the application.

 

The exhibit hours run from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. for both nights.

 

The exhibit space is to be used for the following purpose, and for no other: display, promote and / or sell the items handled by the exhibitor.

 

Exhibitors are not allowed to solicit or sell any type of auction item, raffle ticket, or any other item intended to raise money for any group or event.

 

Please note disturbing noises, signs, or other means of attracting attention to an exhibit which are deemed objectionable by the Event Management shall be excluded.

 

Over night security will be provided by Buck Fever Committee for the night of October 20th only.

 

Booth space fee must be prepaid prior to the Event.

 

Buck Fever Committee assumes not responsibility for theft, vandalism, or accidents.
